EL DISCURSO DE CORNELIO MOYANO GACITÚA
INTERSECCIONES ENTRE LA CUESTIÓN CRIMINAL Y EL MUNDO DEL TRABAJO

Resumen
El discurso ‘en nombre de la ciencia’ construyó nociones que permearon la clase gobernante y la sociedad. Abordaremos los lineamientos esbozados por Cornelio Moyano Gacitúa, abogado e intelectual del ámbito jurídicopenal cordobés. Exploraremos la interrelación entre las gramáticas del delito y el mundo del trabajo en la Córdoba de inicios del siglo XX. Los aportes de la historia social contemporánea y la historia intelectual serán claves para complejizar el estudio. Intentaremos demostrar que, pese a las influencias de las corrientes positivistas provenientes del Viejo Mundo, los criminólogos autóctonos –y fundamentalmente Moyano Gacitúa– propusieron estrategias creativas para dar respuesta al problema del delito.

It will address the speech of Dr. Cornelio Moyano Gacitúa, lawyer and intellectual of Córdoba. We will explore the interrelation between the crime grammars and the work world at Córdoba in the early twentieth century. The contributions of contemporary social history and intellectual history will be key to considering this phenomenon study in the ideas world. It will try to demonstrate that, despite the influences of the European positivist postulates, the native criminologists and Moyano Gacitúa proposed creative strategies to address the problem of crime.
